“We're not just building wrestlers here — we're building young men who work hard, show up for each other, and finish what they start, on the mat and off it.”

About Coach Evans
Evans takes over the Bulldog program after eight seasons rebuilding Westmoore, where the Oklahoma chapter of the NWCA named him Class 6A Head Coach of the Year in 2023. He began coaching in Oklahoma at Sapulpa in 1995 and spent nine years at Bristow before Westmoore. He is known for building programs from the youth level up — his first parent meeting at Westmoore drew six people; his last drew two hundred.
About Coach Durham
Durham came up through Edmond wrestling, competing at Edmond North for Rick Bollenbach, Andy Schneider and Larry Tettleton — now a colleague on the Bulldog staff. He was a two-time state qualifier and a state placer, and made the Junior National team twice. At Oklahoma he wrestled for Michael Lightner, Jared Frayer and Mark Cody while earning a spot on the Dean’s Honor Roll. He holds a degree in multidisciplinary studies from OU. In four seasons at Edmond Memorial he has coached nine state qualifiers and two state placers. Durham teaches seventh grade geography and sixth grade math at Central Middle School. He and his wife, Kayleigh, have two children, Indie and Ryder. Away from the room he studies the Bible, fishes and reads.
About Coach Tettleton
Tettleton is a Bulldog himself, Edmond Memorial class of 1985, where he wrestled for Byron Graham. He went on to the University of Central Oklahoma under David James and was a member of the 1992 Division II national championship team, earning his degree in health and physical education. The Oklahoma Wrestling Coaches Association named him Junior High Coach of the Year in 2000, 2020 and 2021, and the Oklahoma Coaches Association has given him the same honor. He was part of a 2014 Class 6A state championship team that won both the dual and individual titles, and the Oklahoma chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame awarded him its Medal of Courage in 2018. The Edmond City Council named him a Champion of Character in 2013, and he was OKUSA Official of the Year in 2016. He teaches Advanced Computer Applications and Adaptive P.E. He and his wife, Cindy, have been married 22 years. He has two sons, Seth and Clint, and a grandson, Logan.
About Coach Hill
Hill takes over the junior high program after a decade of coaching that includes team championships at Tuttle in 2012 and 2013 and at Choctaw in 2015, and Class 4A Coach of the Year honors in 2021. He has coached state champions, state placers and state qualifiers. Hill wrestled at Blanchard under Tanner Harris, placing at the state tournament three times and reaching a final, and earned a physical education degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2015. He teaches English and literacy at Central Middle School. He and his wife, Christy, have two children, Knox and Remi.
